Description
For anyone just getting started with electronics and coding using the BBC micro:bit – the 3 analog/digital input/output rings are probably enough to keep you busy. But, the micro:bit is quite a bit more capable than that – it actually has 21 I/O pins along the bottom edge of the board. This breakout board makes all of these pins available in a solderless breadboard.
The breakout ships fully assembled – no soldering is required – and allows the micro:bit to be connected to LEDs, buttons, and other basic components with relative ease. For intermediate/advanced users, the I2C and SPI busses are also made available and can be used to connect more complex sensors and devices. To make connection some of these more complex sensors a little easier, this board is equipped with two Qwiic / STEMMA QT connections that can be used with any compatible Qwiic or STEMMA QT sensor / breakout board.
Features
- Allows access to all 21 GPIO
- 2 x Integrated Qwiic / STEMMA QT Connectors
- Fully assembled – No soldering required
