We have been closely monitoring COVID-19 and its developments over the past few weeks. Initially this had caused disruptions to the supply chain, but this has now progressed to a worldwide issue. We are continuing to monitor the developments of this outbreak and are taking all the necessary steps to maintain a safe and healthy working and shopping environment. While we continue to ship as per normal, we are making changes to our local operation. So what does this mean?
For our Online Customers:
Order processing and shipping are proceeding as per normal. Currently all orders are being shipped out.
For our Showroom/Local Pickup Customers:
As of 1:00PM Pacific Time on March 18th we will be locking the door on the showroom. We will still be operating, however customer access to the building will be restricted. We are recommending all local customers place their orders online for free local pickup. On arrival, please have your order number / invoice number ready to discuss the specifics of your pickup. Note: Once confirmed, orders will now be left outside the door to ensure safe distances are maintained during pickup. Please maintain a minimum of 6′ from the doorway until the door has been closed once again.
Update for Friday March 27th
In order to maintain safe distancing, we will no longer accept payment at the door for local pickup orders. We ask that all Local Pickup orders are placed/paid online. If you have trouble placing an order online please don’t hesitate to email us / call us.
