New Product Roundup – July 13th

Its Saturday, and with that, we are back with another New Product Roundup! We have five new products to showcase and a new Product of the Week at 25% Off.

New Products
First up we have another shaft coupler – this time with bores of 0.250” on one end and 5mm on the other. These are ideal for connecting our NEMA23 stepper motor to 5mm shafts. Next, we have a new board designed and built here at BC Robotics: our ultrasonic:bit! The ultrasonic:bit is designed to simplify the connection of an ultrasonic sensor to the BBC micro:bit. The board handles powering the sensor, logic level shifting, and ships fully assembled! Finally, we have three new toggle switches. These large switches have a strong throw and are available in DPST (On/Off), SPDT (On/Off/On), and DPDT (On/Off/On). All three versions are rated to 15A/125VAC and 10A/250VAC.

This week we added a lot of wire. Over the coming weeks we will be adding a lot more in various sizes. We start with two new types of Magnet Wire. Magnet wire is a single solid core of copper with a thin enamel coating and is ideal for making electromagnets, motor windings, and very fine wiring. These rolls have ~ 32’ of wire and are available in 24AWG and 32AWG. Next up, we have 18AWG Solid Core wire in 5 different colors (Red, Black, Yellow, White, and Green). Finally, we have something completely different: The Adafruit Feather M4 Express featuring the ATSAMD51 chipset.
