Ceramic Screwdriver – Phillips PH0 YR-034G

Ceramic screwdrivers are extremely useful to have around the workbench. These are specifically designed for tuning and adjusting electrically sensitive equipment as they are anti-static, non-conductive, and anti-magnetic.

DB9 Female Breakout Board

This handy DB9 breakout board takes all 9 pins of this standard connector and links them to large screw terminals. No need to hack the end off an old cable anymore! This version of the board has the DB9 Female connector.

DB9 Male Breakout Board

Similar to the breakout above, this board takes all 9 pins of this standard connector and links them to large screw terminals. This version of the board has the DB9 Male connector.

10mm Blue LED – Super Bright

These jumbo LEDs are super bright blue and sure to get attention! Each LED measures 10mm in diameter and is easy to work with. The forward voltage is 3.2V with a current consumption of 20mA.

Premium Female/Female Jumper Wires – 12″

These pre-terminated ribbon cables are great for making basic wire harnesses or prototyping between breadboards, sensors, microcontrollers, and other electronic parts. The cable is just over 12” long and is made up of 40 wires that can be easily separated into groups or individual wires. The cable has Female connectors on each end, making it best for board to board connections.

Premium Male/Male Jumper Wires – 12″

Similar to above, this cable is just over 12” long and is made up of 40 wires that can be easily separated into groups or individual wires. This version has male connectors on each end, making it ideal for Arduino to Solderless breadboard connections.

Premium Female/Male Jumper Wires – 12″

Similar to the above two cables, this cable is just over 12” long and is made up of 40 wires that can be easily separated into groups or individual wires. This version has a male connector on one end, with a female connector on the other end, making it ideal for Raspberry Pi to Solderless breadboard connections.

New Tutorial!

Using an Ultrasonic Distance Sensor With Arduino
In this tutorial we will be looking at how to use an Ultrasonic Sensor to measure distance using an Arduino. These sensors are generally inexpensive, fairly accurate, and not affected by lighting conditions like infrared based systems. We will be looking at three Ultrasonic sensors, these are all code compatible but require subtle changes in the wiring due to differing pinouts. Interested? Head on over to the tutorial!
