New Product Roundup – January 5th
We are back for our first New Product Roundup of the year! With the holidays behind us, everything is now back to normal. We have resumed our normal showroom hours as well.
New Products
This week was a bit of a short week – but we do have three new products to share. First out the gate is a new Raspberry Pi Zero case; this is similar in style to our Raspberry Pi Basic case, just designed for all versions of the Pi Zero. Next up we have a 10 piece set of small files; something that always comes in handy. They are perfect for plastics, woods, and also work with soft metals. Finally, we have a new Cable Carrier. Cable Carriers are designed to allow cables and wires to bend as a group while being protected. These are often seen on CNC tables, 3D printers, and other motion platforms.

Cable Carrier – 7mmx7mm – 1MCable carriers (also known as drag chains) are perfect for preventing lose wires from snagging or becoming tangled in machinery! It measures 7 x 7mm internally and will fit several 22AWG wires. Each piece measures 1 meter long but carrier links can be removed or additional sections can be added to create the exact length required. End links can also be flipped depending on how they need to be mounted. |

New Tutorial!
Using an Ultrasonic Distance Sensor With Arduino
In this tutorial we will be looking at how to use an Ultrasonic Sensor to measure distance using an Arduino. These sensors are generally inexpensive, fairly accurate, and not affected by lighting conditions like infrared based systems. We will be looking at three Ultrasonic sensors, these are all code compatible but require subtle changes in the wiring due to differing pinouts. Interested? Head on over to the tutorial!
